We put our technical expertise to take local real estate industry to the next level, creating a powerful website that simplifies finding and listing open houses for Open House Hub, a startup from Denver.

When, as a house buyer or a renter, you’re trying to piece together a comprehensive picture of what’s open on a given day you have to search dozens of individual brokerages, reading through the first 10 or 20 pages of Google results and look at individual brokerage websites that may or may not have posted their open houses for the weekend, or randomly driving around the neighborhood hoping to see an open house sign and hoping that the house meets your criteria.

Our charge was to simplify the process for the Denver Metro area with what we do best - an ultimate web solution. The idea behind Open House Hub was to let buyers and renters view all open houses in the area on one hand, and provide the opportunity for landlords/landladies and brokers to list their open houses in the Denver region and give them significant market exposure while being extremely cost-effective on the other.

As the client came to us, they had nothing except the exact idea of what they wanted described in a long detailed client brief. GeoJSON was applied to highlight Denver neighbourhoods on the map provided with specific details. Brokers and landlords/landladies sign up, place their properties on the map and schedule open houses providing specific information such as photos and description. The houses become visible to buyers and renters as soon as they subscribe to one of the payment plans. Payment is facilitated through Authorize.Net. Open house alerts are sent to buyers or renters that have signed up to be notified as an open house is posted that matches their search criteria. Once an open house is posted, payment plan activated, and there is a match with a prospect, the listing finds it way straight into a buyer’s e-mail inbox.
