We redesigned the public website and the private trade portal that connect VIPAR Heavy Duty's suppliers, distributors and administrators.
What had to work better
VIPAR Heavy Duty needed to modernize the public website and the private portal serving its truck parts network. Suppliers, distributors and administrators each needed the information relevant to their role, from supplier catalogs to distributor-specific prices and availability, without switching between disconnected tools.

What changed
Network members get role-specific access to supplier and product information in one portal, with a knowledge base for self-service answers and a workflow for support requests. Administrators manage content and prepare supplier program reports without separate tools. The system was deployed on VIPAR's own servers.
