However, Chicago Cycleboats faced significant challenges with their existing online booking system. It was built on a subscription-based platform. While it offered basic online booking functionality, it lacked essential features. The legacy system restricted the client's ability to customize and tailor the booking system to their specific needs. The lack of flexibility made it difficult for our client to effectively manage bookings and adapt to evolving customer needs. Additionally, the absence of a user-friendly interface made it cumbersome for customers to navigate and complete their bookings.

Recognizing the critical need to overhaul the legacy system, our team collaborated closely with the client to develop a custom solution that not only addressed the limitations of the legacy system but also provided a seamless transition platform for the company's another brand.

Administrators were able to configure various parameters, such as cruise schedules, capacity, pricing, and availability with real-time updates.
The new system with an intuitive interface featured a streamlined booking process for customers. With clear navigation and easily accessible information on cruise options, availability, and pricing. We added a feature that allows customers to use promo codes and automated confirmations and reminders.
