To address these issues, the company decided to partner with Devvela to create a website featuring an online elevator configurator solution which would allow their customers to easily configure elevators to their specific needs and preferences. The configurator was integrated into the company's existing sales and design processes and was available online for clients to use at any time.

Devvela team used Agile methodology in the process of analysis and development and closely collaborated with the company representatives to ensure that the solution met the specific needs of the business.

The configurator was developed using a user-friendly interface that allowed B2B customers to select the size, speed, and capacity of the elevator, and other technical details as well as design features such as flooring, lighting, buttons and material. As a result the configurator generated images of the elevator, making it easier for customers to visualize their design and pre-filled estimate documents for company representatives to review and send to customers.
